LETTER TO HARJAAP MANN


MAIN QUESTION of Law is, CAN AN BUYER force AN UNPAID SELLER  on an expiring contracts, TO SELL THE GOOD VIA COURTS ORDER. YES IN Ontario THEY CAN. 


Own things without paying and have rights to sell goods not paid for.

Harjaap Mann is a pure lier to me, says one thing to you and in courts lies against you. So another lawyer does not go in trouble.  Harjaap Mann is a pure snake in the monkey shadow as per my experience. I would suggest any one not to trust him even 1% verbally and get all his statements written down and recorded.


Justice Leonard Ricchetti, a Peel Region, Ontario, Justice ordered children kicked out of the house that they owned legally in favor of some one that conned courts like he conned the seller by not paying for the Goods.  Till today this buyer has not shown any monies to courts or to the Seller on an expired contract. Plus his lawyer Romesh Hettiarachchi   stated that there is no need to show what his client has paid and Romesh further stated its very easy for him to Reverse and Default Judgement and which he did via help of Leonard Ricchetti.  Leonard Ricchetti not only reversed an Default Judgement but further gave order to Sheriffs to throw the children and occupants out of the house.

If this person, Azeem Mohammad Bhatti is True Person, can he go for lie Detector tests. Why would he ?   when he is getting free thing which is what his heart desired via Justice Snowie's blessings.


Its law of Jungle and Lawyers and Judges use terror and work like terrorists. There are no in way or form people of Law of Law Abiding.   These MF's assh*les have balls to throw young children on streets to help a non paying buyer, Azeem Mohammad Bhatti. Who if has balls will come on TV with me any time to show what he had paid.

Ontario courts will have to one day pay for damages to SINGH and Family. If Ontario Superior courts has any shame and be Law Full and desire to follows law. Trial was asked a Justice Snowie just did not care about the Law. In fact she used her Lawyers ability to some how abuse the law and give an order even where she her self-stated many times, that she can not give an order?  Peel Courts are pure abusive and unlawfull if they are lawful, then please make law of Precedents on issues of SINGH vs BHATTI.

Let every builders or sellers child be thrown out of the house, that was awaiting for payments per contracts and even with expired contracts. And the buyer says upon asking for monies he wants nothing with the house.

If a defaulter has so many rights in Ontario. Then let every Ontario person enjoy my pain and suffering and own houses by not paying.  Let my pain be gain for every Ontario person. 

  1. Don't pay for goods just sign a contract
  2. Now in Canada, Tim Hortens daily collection can be used to buy the same Tim Hortens by depositing person of that monies, Rental Car payments to buy rental car, Justice SNowie has created Happiness for all people to get things for free. Blessing to her for her care and may this Law of Precedence be used by every Tim Hortens, Caffee, Hotel Managers to own the hotel just becasue they are depositing money into the banks of the owner for the sale of the day.
  3. Dont pay any maintenance or taxes or insurance or mortgage and own a house
  4. Dont even pay your down payments and when asked by sellers to pay the dues, write them you want nothing from the house
  5. By Blessings of Justice use rental money as Monies towards the purchase, even with that still not pay even 10% of down payments but own the house.
Rental Cars Companies, now people renting you car can own the same car, per Justice Snowie's Order and per the Law of Precedence.

Canada now truly helps people with no money to pay, they just to file an application that they tried to buy some thing but could not so, courts will sell the goods and give them their share, without paying for the goods.


 and Justice Sarah E. Pepall - all 4 judges are absolutely wrong per the Law, to allow and insolvent buyer ( that defaulted ) was allowed by their courts to sell goods first without paying.

Don't buy a house and harass the owner with blessings of justice snowie for not paying as Justice snowie will give order for the house to be sold and will ask children to be thrown out

then harjaap will come to take more money as some has to have a roof over the children's head. make money for free.

Harjaapchangess stories and colors faster then a chameloen, we did calculations at his offices he said none of these contracts are valid as they based on one contracts that is not paid. So you can not base a contract based on a contract not full filled. Then before the hearing, he said he will attack the courts first this, then this and then this.

Then he asked me not to come to the trail. But I did and I was shocked to see that he never told the courts of Appeal Justice anything what we had talked and after hearing the rather went to the opposite lawyers and was happy for the justices to put a large sum of fine on me for free. He sold me out or was sold out. He did not do what a Lawyer is supposed to do.


All Lay Away companies , All Builders beware, if some one give you $500 towards a any million dollar product, they can own the million dollar good with help of Judges that will throw your children out of house with PEEL police , if you do not sell the good to the insolvent buyer and harass you worth $70k in legal fees. Some, Canadian Judges are true off-springs of Robin Hood and using Law to do the works of Robin Hood in Ontario.

WHY NOT THESE SAME JUDGES GIVE THEIR HOUSE AND CARS TO SOME ONE the does not pay for Goods and after the contracts have expired.

- did Harjaap as a lawyer guide, mr. singh? Harjaap Mann lied to the courts and never told to the courts that mr bhatti, owes you over $200,000 Canadian dollars. He should have asked the courts of Appeal to, "put an lien on both peoples house and ask the court to keep lien posted till the monies is show by buyers".

- Harjaap Mann, rather attacked his own client with lots of bills to put him financially down as he thought that will break me and put in a spiral of being a criminal. But that was not the case, their game to financially bury me alive did not succeed and this man is a criminal in my eyes as he lied in courts of appeal against me purposefully, to help the other party. 

- did Harjaap Mann, just try to suck ( actually Stole approx $15000 plus - as he got the money by lying to me ) monies from Mr. Singh, in Offices Harjaap stated few times that Azeem did not pay monies does not matter how u count the monies. So no contracts of Junaid Kayani,  is valid as jundiad's contract were based on  Jan 09 contract that was not paid or fulfilled.

- But in Courts of Appeal, Harjaap Mann, sided with Justice Snowie, to cover her butt and not answer to the 3 Judge Panel the truth and did not state one word in my defense. ONE WORD. GOD had woke me up that morning and I called him in the morning to tell him points that there is no payments from this person. The game of Harjaap Mann, was to bring Mr. SINGH, financially down. Nail down Mr, SINGH on a cross. 

- Justice Snowie asked the property to be sold without being paid is some thing new and no country in the world allows such things and we cant wait for this matter to be an Law of Precedents in Ontario.

- did Harjaap Mann, tell one thing in person and then lie totally to the Judges in Courts of Appeal, Yes 100%. So per my ( A SINGH ) first hand experience he robbed me of $20,000 dollars for free and by lying and pretending.

- Harjaap Mann Lawyer, just wanted to suck up to Justice Snowie to be good in books and stample over the rights of children and Mr. SINGH.

- Azeem, who could not pay for house how is courts going to give monies to mr. singh now and all the damages that come with it over 20 million dollars


JUSTICE SNOWIE, A GREATest JUDGE FOR THIEVES THAT WISH TO STEAL OTHER PEOPLE PROPERTIES AND NOT PAY THEIR OBLIGATIONS

SOON A LAW COMING TO HELP ALL PEOPLE THAT CAN NOT PAY TO BUY GOODS. 

YOU OWN ONLY WHEN YOU BUY, IF THE COURTS HAD ASKED AZEEM TO FIRST PAY HIS DUES AND THEN POSSIBLY TALKED ABOUT SELLING THE PROPERTY WOULD HAVE BEEN ok AND per the Law,

insolvent buyer has right on unpaid goods. Canada and Justice Snowie create and landmark new way to help insolvent buyers with the right to sell goods without buying. Bravo Canada and Bravo Justice Snowie and all the 3 Judges @ the courts of Appeal. Bravo.  May this become Law of Precedence soon, so every one in at Least Ontario,  can also take benefits of this Great new system ( thanks to pain and suffering of $20 million of A SINGH to get this going )


Man arrested and charged after major fraud investigation ( omar khan law hamilton )
In May 2014, Hamilton Police were advised of the concerns after a review of invoices was conducted by the Audit and Compliance Unit of Legal Aid Ontario.  The Major Fraud Branch continued to investigate and determined evidence of over billing to Legal Aid between 2009 and 2013 for approximately $15,000.

On Thursday September 17, 2015 Hamilton Police Major Fraud Unit arrested and charged an Omar Shabbir KHAN. He was released on a Promise to Appear. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 13, 2015.  The information with the charges listed has been sworn to in court on this date.

Charges:        Fraud over $ 5,000, Using Forged Document

His father ( Harry Mann ) was asked to give the file back ( August 2012 ) and he refused to give the file back saying he has done some works even after getting paid for this works.  

Works of Lawyer in Canada is to rob you of your money and thats all! Exploit Fear. Fear of protecting children.  "As Harjaap Mann was told many times that other party did not pay all the funds and WALKED OUT IN WRITING, and still in court of Appeal when the 3 judges asked him did the other party exit the contracts and he had a letter in hand that was written by another party that they do not wish to pay the funds and still he said nothing that he agreed that other party did not pay in writing to the other lawyers".

If a Justice Snowie, Does now know how to add 1 + 1 then its not the fault of the contract.  Azeem has only told the courts that til now he has only paid $5000 and $3200 as submissions, that too what he stole from mr. singh's pocket.  Took money from one pocket and put it in another.  

He has failed to show any other monies to the courts and even $5000 and $3200 are not his monies. 

Azeem has only counted and lied to the sellers by accounting one payments in 4 locations.



Last time I saw this person Azeem was in May of 2009 at that time he claimed he has paid $21000 in total to me out of the $32500 ( TO BE ) paid.  Then it came out that  this person was counting $4000 and $3200 rental check of the property as his money.  Can an airlines ticket agent add the money deposited in banks of the Airlines for ticket sale as proof to BUY Airlines or Airlines Shares.


Omar Khan Law Office or Omar's  Client walked out in writing in May 2009 that he can not pay and wants nothing from home just to fool Mr. SINGH, that he is playing dead.

It seems to me that your client is statute barred from raising this issue now in any event.
He should have cross claimed for this if he truly believed entitlement.
We need to get an appraisal of the property.   I think that your client has inhibited the process to date,  and thus,  needs to be removed from the house.
I agree with you that he does bear 1/2 the costs of mortgage payments and taxes.

Mann law offices wrote to Azeem's Lawyers" "I don’t see how Mr. Singh would be statute barred? There is clearly a payment due within 12 months.  I don’t recall seeing any proof of it being made.  Failure in making the payment results in interest accruing after 12 months.  To be frank Mr. Khan, this position looks like your client is trying to ‘have his cake and eat it too’!" "

In fact the truth is a failure to pay results in a contract being null and voided, but Harjaap Mann, wanted to protect Justice Snowie here for not looking at the agreements before making an order.

The agreement was Azeem has to pay the balance of $10500 with in one year and also clear $22500.

AZEEM BHATTI STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTING when he came to starbucks with his real estate agent friend isrhad khalid and i met him possibly for the last time on  MAY 27 2009 - DOES NOT EVEN TOTAL $20,000 by even counting same money 3 times. then later he send a letter in august 2008 asking monies that he did not even pay.

 Real money paid to me till today is 0. He rotated his wifes payments of $5000 deposits as his and rest is all rental monies.  Azeem's Handwriting is next to 4000 in the bracket and at the bottom.

He was some how in May 2009 trying to show that he has paid in total $22500.  In sworn Affidavit this Azeem Bhatti stated that he paid 2000 + 800 + 1200 in end of Jan and Febuary, so how can that be part of the Jan 09, 2009 payments now.  As only payments accepted for the Jan 09, 2009 payments were the $3200 check that was marked in black and white as paid on the 30th of December 2009.

Professional Gang of criminals how to do paperwork's and how to take things from others.  I urge every India , never to trust people from Pakistan, they are too tricky and know how to fool people, Judges but not a trial, they can not fool a trial.  

Here Azeem is counting $4000 paid in Jan 2009 end and febuary 2009 toward the $22500 from the Jan 09, contracts. THIS PAPER IS BROUGHT BY AZEEM AND WRITTEN BY HIM.





1. Harry Mann refused to give the file back when was asked initially  and out of respect for a senior person I said OK keep the file.  But as a lawyer, he should not insist on keeping some one files with the purpose of fooling them and just taking money.  


2. Harjaap Mann lied to me that he had mailed two invoice before via the mail.  He had never mailed any thing.  These people say any thing because they think they are lawyers.

DID NOT GO TO JUNAIDS KAYANI's OFFICES ON THE 30TH, HERE IS FORGED SIGNATURE , EXPAND IT AND SEE FLOW OF PEN.  JUNAID HAS FORGED OTHER PEOPLE SIGNATURES ALSO. THIS BLOG HELPED TO GET SUCH INFO.


If  your own lawyer can fool you so much, then how much more can other party lawyers fool you when they ask you to come to their offices.  All in the name of making Quick Money.


  1. Asked us many time not to come to the courts and after asking me to come to his offices me, no I said come if you want to. 
  2. When saw our family out side the courts he told my wife and children to not to come to the courts
  3. At one time I had dropped Harjaap as lawyers and he told me that do not mention any thing about how Junaid Kayani forged documents or changed dates, if I take this matter to courts my self.
  4. Never gave at least one hour to talk about all the points and get to know the issue in depth.
  5. After courts he said the courts had decided before about this case, that is why he did not bring all the points and that is why judges did not see our submissions.
  6. Harjaap, also stated after the hearing that the judges are very good lawyers so they do not like to hear about lawyers that are not good like Junaid Kayani.
( All these above points were totally wrong info given to me by Harjaap Mann. )

Its hard to believe for me that such low life lawyers like Harjaap Mann, exist and can fool their client to such a great extent.  May GOD bless them all with love and care for them self and others.


The reason was he was telling to courts some thing else, like   I ( Harjaap's Client ) wants to get out of the contract etc. Which is totally false impressions. 

Never stated any of the facts that were part of the contract, rather tried his best to make wrong as right. Its because of lawyers like Harjaap Mann, that people loose trust from lawyers.

Harjaap Mann, sided with other party to swindled approx $20,000.00 from me. 

ONLY a trial will bring out the truth.  And other party should have balls to face a trial.

In courts when he was representing me, his tongue is stitched to his lips as he did not want to bring out the truth in front of the courts.


Wasted my time ( + money ), could have done research on my case from beginning to get all the facts and study each issues for details.  Like it was stated in the courts and to the lawyers many times, that I DID not go to Junaid Kayani's offices on 30th of March, 2009.  Only went to the offices once on the 23rd of March,2009. Rather than looking into every issue like a lawyer, he ignored each and every concern's.  

Just interested to take your money and fraud your trust. 

There were many other points that were written and told by him to me, and he said nothing  in courts in regards to that.

If Harjaap Mann, was not fit to take this matter could have asked me go else where, but rather he conned me by not telling me what he told me on April 18th, 2016 meeting that Azeem did not walk out of the contracts.  Its not a question of winning or loosing, its question of bringing all the points as a lawyers in front of the courts and not to keep the courts in dark about a matter.

  2. It was done, reports were made but nothing was done. Either all complaints should go on TV ( online ) or on net that people do against any Lawyers. Why is law Society not putting all complaints against Lawyers online. any and every complaint against any lawyers should go online, so every one can see ,,,

    Law Society may not see some things as complaint now, but when its online, people will be aware of the lawyers, behavior pattern, its like you are an public servant, all your info should be online. Seems that Law Society is to protect Lawyers. Why dont we people make an " PEOPLE's SOCIETY", pay say $10 an year and this society will protect people not just in Canada but globally.
