STEAL MONEY EASILY - Azeem Mohammad Bhatti and Junaid Kayani

Azeem Mohammad Bhatti pretended, to be a home buyer introduced my realtor Adnan Hashmi. Azeem, use to beg me for Job to work in telecom with me, tell me he is cleaning snow out side the house, if I was out for travels, without my asking, just to suck my balls. 


DO NOT HELP ANY ONE _ DO NOT HELP ANY ONE _ SPECIALLY NOT PEOPLE LIKE BEG YOU FOR JOBS AND CLEAN YOUR SNOW TO SUCK UP TO YOU. 

CRIMINALS OF LAHORE. STEALING FROM PEOPLE THAT HELP THEM.


These beggar's( beggers that are theif ) like Mr. Bhatti, are easily able to take house for free by creating any paperwork's, in Canada , thanks for Justice Snowie, a modern day Robin Hood.


Like a leech this Mr. Bhatti, from Pakistan with full support of Adnan Hashmi ( part of an Big Gang involved in real estate frauds in Canada ) became a snake to take house for free only because they know that most judges are too arrogent to read filings and only trust lawyers to come in courts and tell any thing that these Judges consider it Truth.  

This GANG, know how to loop people in just fake paper works. They even offer Girls in the friends Lawyers offices like , Azeem, was stating, Eva from his lawyers offices sleeps with people in front of his construction friend that made few fake invoices. 


Let every Ontario Person Enjoy this Law and a wonderful simple gang trick. Sign an contract and not pay and there is some secret Law that allows an begger to own properties for free:

STEP 1: GET the owner out of the House, saying closing is done.

SO really pay 0 from your pocket. Rental Money + Deposit + saying that bank will give me 50% mortgage only. Get no mortgage and Pay no $32500.00. Beg for getting $6000 towards doing more work on the house as to change the windows and floor and do nothing.


Azeem, has no money in pocket. A real buyer buys and moves on. This person drags things but putting a foot some how in the property.  So when u do sell the house he can latch on the house without paying a penny.


These are ruthless people from Pakistan who ( gang of realtor, buyer, lawyers in Mississauga and Brampton ) had pre-planned to fool the "SELLER" with their pre-planned mission to take over the house.


How to detect that you are being cornered by a crook gang of your own realtor and buyer as a team and support of others like lawyers etc.
  1. They will never buy the house. Realtor will refuse to bring any other buyer other than the one wasting your time and energy.
  2. They will delay the house purchase to maximum
  3. Strike new contracts to put a foot in the house
  4. They will be mostly from one back ground and in my case all were from Pakistan Background.
  5. The main player is your own agent.  As your agent controls who visits and who puts an offer to the house.
  6. My own Realtor Agent Adnan Hashmi, fooled me as a seller.
  7. My understanding of Why few Muslims from Pakistan do this to NON Muslim's ? They are all too much brainwashed at young age that other Humans are Kaffirs ( not even human's ) and that is why such events are in their mind actually doing good.



 If Azeem, the fake Buyer, was not supported by Adnan Hashmi - The Realtor, Junaid Kayani - The Lawyer, and many more Realtor he would have not been able to do this scam of taking house without paying and via the Courts in Ontario.


These people have seeped the nerves of the Canadian System and know how to do fraud.  Azeem was constant in touch with Junaid Kayani, when the April 02, 2009 application was rejected by the land title, Azeem use to make sure that I was in touch with him and he was playing an humble game of being a good Samaritan.

The shield of this scam is the real estate person that is their personal friend.

For $22,500.00 Azeem Showed rental contract payments of $3200 and $4000 to courts and courts were told this payments if not for the $22500.  In fact Azeem swore that $4000 was collection from rental of 1856 silverberry cresent

CROSS EXMINATION OF AZEEM AND THAT IS WHY TRIAL WAS ASKED AS HE DID NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS




When time came to ask for monies Azeem said he wants to pay nothing and wants nothing from property and walked out in writing in May 2009.  Pretended to play dead to stab back later.  

  1. Learn how to pretend to buy and own house via series of legal loops and paperwork.
  2. Azeem Bhatti an gang member of real estate gangs from Pakistan, and not pay any monies for any thing and own money.  Arif Raza, Junaid Kayani Lawyer in Mississauga, is their head of this sleeping cell of gangs from Pakistan.
  3. Learn from Azeem how to own house without taking mortgage just fooling people easily with paperwork's as the Ontario courts judges can not even add 1 plus 1 and are literally 0 when it comes to adding numbers,
  4. Learn from Azeem, Junaid, Adnan benifits of working in a team to take over properties of people.
  • Azeem wanted to con me to buy more house with me, he saw I am simple and need some Friends at time when my whole family left me to another province, so that was best chance for him to take advantage of some one.
  • Use my credit to get 2nd mortgage without my permissions but his gangs tricks did not work.
  • Do other things like fool me on the payments, etc.  
  • A very sophisticated criminal that works in a gang, that courts in Canada will take years to understand.
Be aware of people from  ( some very few fanatic's ) Pakistan when they beg you for money and clean your snow, its all a game to stab you in the back.  

When they need help they will clean your snow and then try to steal by lying. Lie to you they have paid $4000 per unpaid money, and count the same money in 4 different locations and really not pay you anything.

I warn every India to never deal with group of people from Pakistan, if you see in any deal or money matter that, everyone is from Pakistan.  Like - Lawyers, Realtor, Buyer or seller and your Realtor. These people look for helping person and use them and then abuse them. 

A trial and only trial helps in such a matter and only a legal system with care allows a trial to bring out the truth

COUNTED same $4000  3 TIMES in Ontario, Superior Courts ( + 1 more time to the seller) .  The joke is $4000 is not Azeem Bhattis money but rental collections.  NO ONE can be a Better theif than Mr. Azeem Mohammad Bhatti of Mississauga in Canada.  -

1st counted it part of $22,500 payments due, 2nd counted it part of $10500 due, third part of rental collections in Sworn Affidavit at lawyers David Lipkus of Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP.  4th told  Mr. SINGH, that $4000 was for his unpaid money of $5000.00 draft per the Jan 09, 2009 contracts.

Mr. Bhatti never told me that the money was rental collections till he made his sworn statements at the offices of the David Lipkus of Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP in 2012.

Most evil lying person I have even met in my life is Azeem Mohammad Bhatti and Lawyer Junaid Kayani.  Criminals from Pakistan.  As an Indian I gave these time and trust to pay things and as Pakistani they stabbed me in the back and fooled not just me but Justice Snowie was totally fooled at the Superior Courts of Ontario, Canada very easily.

AZEEM MODIFIED THIS DOCUMENT - WROTE DATE ( 10th march 2009 ) AND  BALANCE HIM SELF BUT THE PUPOSE IS TO SHOW HOW EVIL THIS PERSON IS BY USING SAME DEPOSIT OF $4000.00 AGAN AND AGAIN.  TRIPLE - TRIPLE COFFEE is accepted in Ontario Superior Courts 

This $10050 was never paid within the first years.  So legally the contract of Jan 09, 2009 in invalid and so is fake Trust Agreements of Junaid Kayani invalid that was based on the Jan 09, 2009 contracts.( date march 10th Inserted by Azeem later )  

MR SINGH WANTS TO GIVE RIGHTS ON TITLE BY AZEEM GETTING MORTGAGE AND COMING ON TITLE, BUT MR. BHATTI HAS PLANS NOT TO COME ON TITLE AT ALL AS HE HAS NO MONEY TO PAY AND NO DESIRE TO PAY AND WALKS OUT OF THE CONTRACTS IN MAY 2009.

Irashad Khalid another pakistani origin,  was here he had witnessed with Azeem that Azeem has not yet paid $32500 in full at all as is bringing all the charges that I have no idea and no way to verify.

he picks me up from toronto and takes me to mississauga, upon signing of the release he gives me $5000 in draft for the 8th of jan 2009 
he comes to me next day and says he can get a loan asap, if we can get some paper works for 50% to start
we go around 7 or 8 pm in night to his lawyers offices in toronto
he promises to pay per the jan 09, 2009 contracts
he says - he will pay 5000 by draft, he has paid ( or has a check for ) 3200 again for the 30th of last month  and that he will do some works in the house and he has no monies and if i can give him credit and rest he will pay in one years.
ANy Past payments were clearly marked on the jan 09 contracts.
for the 5000 - he deposits 4000 in banks down the road  ( az_1_hotmail_jan_12_to_feb_24_2009 attached )

when he signed 21635 back - he owed me 1450 from past dues, he owed me proof of works in house as any good inspector will see that nothing has been done , 

all doors are originals and all things are as is - no windows - no doors - no tiles have been changed, hen i use to ask his for inspection , he would say - if i get an inspector he will say he has done 40,000 dollars worth of works
