LAWYERS IN CANADA WILL sometimes Increase your Problems?

There are very very good and great Lawyers and there are some  Lawyers that are getting more and more evil and greedy in Canada like  for Golan Yaron and Harjaap S. Mann. Care for customer is not an priority but what can be taken out of the customers pocket for free is the game.  Or they are just sucking to the Judges and being good in Books of Judges. Lawyer should only care for Law, not for a Judge or President of a country - JUST LAW.

Golan Yaron conspired with the Romesh Hettiarachchi, other party lawyers to make an plan to bring me down financially. We have Audio Recording of this matter to prove this allegations in Courts or over Public Broadcast System. Whereby Golan did not tell me that he has made a Deal with Romesh Hettiarachchi that, Golan Yaron, will not note Romesh's client Azeem Mohammad Bhatti, in default for the matter where Azeem has to show what he has paid for the contracts( which was an big 0 ). People who actually pay for goods take 1 min to show what they have paid, only thieves run away and avoid to tell courts what they have paid !!!

1. This was to cover Justice Snowie, who did not follow law yo give trial and stated how she can give an order with so many issues at hand and still did to harrasse.
2. Make use to such false order by Justice Snowie and use fear to take more monies from clients.
3. Romesh and Golan should leave law practice if they have any Humanity in their hearts or they should be inquired by Law Society and asked to stop law practice by Law Society.
4. Golan did not let me know of his pack with Romesh, all this time and kept on billing and sucking money like a thief from me and pretending to be getting Justice. 
5. These are not Lawyers they are pure criminals that pretend to be Lawyers.

WE CAN HAVE AN TRIAL OR ON YOUTUBE AN SESSION TO PROVE THE CRIME OF GOLAN WITH ROMESH. Which no one will agree, I want Golan, Romesh to have an 1 on 1 recorded trail on youtube as Courts are not ethical.

The game of Golan Yaron is take money and force an partial summary order and not look at the truth.  Its all about fooling people and robbing their monies at the same time.  Who cares where the money is coming from, Lawyers have a licence to be legal thief's.

- Golan's game was to exhaust my money - asked me if I need for any other matter and started to bill me family matter to take more money from me $5000 for no reason.

• HE WAS HIRED TO BRING A TRIAL IN CASE AZEEM DOES NOT WISH TO COME TO OFFICES
• BOTH OF WHICH HE AVOIDED TO JUST BILL FOR CHATTING AND CHATTING 

- Golan was only hired to start a trial and we were willing to post 50% as deposits to the courts that courts wanted, but Once Golan saw I can do all this he just started to bill as much to suck monies like a leech.  Do not every tell a Lawyers your personal Finance, no leech sucks more blood than a ( wrong ) lawyers in this world.  To take monies.  These Lawyers thing they are in Afghanistan and can fool people day and night to protect their children.

- Started to involve my common law asked her to go to different lawyers and take money from her.

- The lawyers like Golan Yaron, are professional con artists and just making people loose money that's all.

Once any order is made even after asking for a trial, does not matter how, its a Lawyers duty to take money and rip you even further in name of Justice. In a Great Nation like Canada where per Law a trial was requested.

There is no difference between Junaid Kayani, who lied to Law Society that I met him more than once and failed to give date and time as forcefully took rights and monies of a person and Justice Snowie from whom a trial was asked per the Law of Civil Code of Canada.  Both snatched in one way or another.

Golan Yaron game was to take monies, that all.  Their degrees is to steal from customer by over billing them and asking about other problem and taking money for those also.

How did Golan Yaron fool me:

1. I asked an trial for the matter and I retained Golan Yaron for starting a trial with Azeem Bhatti.

2. After taking lots of monies Golan Still did not start the trial process and when I was going to leave him he asked me file a case against Mr Bhatti for his non-payments.

3. Golan asked me to start a new case against Romesh's Client but never served him and was lingering that matter. He never filed statements of Accouting that was to be filed with the courts on the CV-11 file.

4. I had to take that papers and serve Azeem Mohammad Bhatti on which he was noted default.

5. Per Laws of Canada a default person has to respond back the matter in front of the courts and Romesh said he and his client will not ever do that.

He ( Golan Yaron ) fooled me and made me sell my assets to pay him and his friend Romesh Hettiarachchi. A case is Big if its Property. Lawyers use fear of throwing children on streets, to take monies out from your Pockets.  ONE HAS TO PROTECT ONE SELF.  Law in Canada is to steal money from innocent people and winners is lawyers.

• IF YOU GET LAWYER THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND SUPPORT FIRST LAWYERS WHO IS THE STARTER OF CRIME. 
• THIS IS ALL TO HELP EACH OTHER MAKE MONEY AND PUT PEOPLE DOWN FINANCIALLY

Romesh's client was noted in default and yet he said his client does not have to tell what he had paid towards the contracts ( we have proof of this conversation ). Romesh also told its very easy for him to get an order to reverse the " noting in default ". 

Here is what written Law says about noting some one in dafault:

"Being noted in default has a number of consequences. One consequence is that you will be deemed to admit all allegations of fact in the plaintiff's statement of claim. Once you are noted in default, the party suing you can seek a default judgment against you. See Rule 19 of the Rules of Civil Procedure for more information regarding default proceedings."

People stealing on streets are nothing in front of these master criminals that stole all the monies of my children future. Young children were thrown out of house by this low life garbage people.  That scare children of age 3 to 5 years out of their houses.


Unless the Canadian law starts to hire, " police, management people, Law students and teachers for the step 1 of the civil law or family law ", Canadian legal system of civil and family matters will have a hostile effect on children's and good revenues effects of Lawyers.

The bullet used by this GANG of Justices in Superior courts are called  - court costs. This is how they kill a person from asking rights and refrain from coming to courts.

-    They can serve document 15 hours before a hearing and get a date set up with no notice of 5 working days.





- There is no need to show you paid money for the CN tower just show few tickets of CN tower to visit as proof and Judges will give you CN tower, if CN tower company does not take a Lawyer to the courts or asks for a trial for such matter.

Its not very difficult to fool a Justice in a very short Summary Judgement hearings.  As its very easy to take a matter of Money info some other angel.  Lots of lies can be feed to a Justice via one day before documents and false chain of events.




The Lawyer that made the self serving Trust agreement's also states that all monies have not been paid in full, yet the courts give the house for free and give me looses over $350,000.00 dollars.

A trial was asked on the 8th of August 2008 and instead of giving trial, lawyers made sure all the monies of Mr. SINGH is sucked by just talking so Mr. SINGH can not have a trial.
