ADNAN HASHMI REALTOR

Adnan Hashmi is master in fooling sellers that trust him to sell property by just bringing his ( Adnan's ) good friends to buy property for long time and exhaust sellers time and work at the same time with his Buyer friend to take properties for Free via abusing his trust.

Adnan Called me in 2014 December and Agreed to an lie Detector Tests and upon confirm that via text, he changed his words stating that I can take the lie detector tests. Which I am OK with I will take Lie Detector Test along with Adnan. In my book Adnan Hashmi is a Terrorist, a Financial Terrorists.

Gangs like Adnan Hashmi, can take houses from his clients by Paying 0, with help of his good friends from his country of Origin.  He will not bring any real buyer that call his offices to see your house. All real Buyer's were ignored by 10's. His Good friend was the only buyer and all others real Buyers, were being told this house is not for sale.  He is an Organized Real Estate Gamer with a Gang Of People from Pakistan.  Azeem Mohammad Bhatti, Adnan Hashmi, Lawyers like Junaid Kayani etc etc.  

He works with friends and loops your house in paperworks.  Canada is Land of Opportunity for this Gang to flourish. 100% of this Group of Real Estate Gang are are originally from Pakistan.  

Adnan Hashmi, asked me to be my my realtor to fool me a seller and abused trust a seller gives to a Realtor, so his friend could have property for free. A very very smart Group of realtors and lawyers and civil buyers that work in group to take properties via fooling the sellers in different paperworks and then later their own lawyers file in courts for an sale of property via just documents and no real monies paid.  

Wolf's always hunt in gang. 100's of buyers were ignored by Adnan Hashmi he only brings his friend Azeem Mohammad Bhatti, as buyer and with the help of his buyer friend keeps your property in paper loop and then shows you that his buyer has bought the house, shows you confirmation of Mortgage from Buyer and that all conditions are met and asks you to leave the house while his lawyers do the final closings.

HOW TO TELL IF YOUR OWN REAL ESTATE AGENT IS FOOLING you for, THE PROPERTY SALE IN MISSISAUGA PEEL REGION
  1. SUCH REALTOR WILL ONLY BRING THEIR OWN sect of people AS BUYER, workers, inspectors for home, realtors that are all from their background in Pakistan.  They all sing same song later against the seller.
  2. Real Customers will not be shown the property at all and the real customers will be told the property is under offer. The real estate company stated there were over 50 or more other buyers interested in the property, other than his friend but Adnan Only showed property to his buyer gang friend.
  3. OTHER REALTOR WILL ALSO BE THEIR FRIEND AND MOSTLY FROM THEIR OWN BACK GROUND AS THEY DO FAVORS FOR EACH OTHERS
  4. DELAY SALES, SHOW FAKE INFORMATION THAT MORTGAGE IS DONE. FOOL IN ANY WHICH WAY TO GET PERSON OUT OF THE PROPERTY.
  5. SUCH REAL ESTATE PERSON ARE VERY AWARE OF THE LAW IN CANADA AND ADNAN HASHMI IS SUCH A REALTOR.

Adnan works in group.  If you work in Group the Judges in Canada get confused as in courts they just focus on one point.  They are not able to get an idea of total picture, possibly that is the reason this group is so successful.

Multiple lawyers, Realtors, Buyers all gang up to gain a property.  Hunt in group like Wolf.  But remember dear choor from Pakistan, Lion is a Lion.  If one day Lion gets pissed it can take over all the  wolfes.  

Adnan called an agreed to take lie detector tests and like wolf he backed out in next call.  I challenge this wolf ( a breed of kutta ) to come to public place and go for lie detector test over recorded broadcast on youtube.

If you all group of Pakistani fooled me actually you fooled and showed your true color of being a negative thinker and how smart you are in fooling any one.  You abuse people's trust in a gang.



Works with group of people all friends with very sound knowledge to fool any Canadian Judges.  Adnan's friends from same background and same part of Pakistan.  

One day they say we know each other for long time and next day in courts his friends, Azeem Mohammad Bhatti will say I do not know Adnan Hashmi.


Not a Realtor per the books but way above the books and follows no law and uses law for his own and friends benefits.  

He will pretend to be your agent, but really works with his buyer friends who do not have money and his game is to some how keep your property in paper works loop and harass you along with his member friends from his Pakistan.

First his father approached me for this matter as telecom agent to be close and to set me up and invite to his house almost every other day and get rides to be dropped here and there and later abused me.

Adnan Brought his friend as buyer and his plan was not to sell house but play legal games of contract with me.  As my agent Adnan took advantage of me via his friends buyers, asked me to sign docs not telling me when it is.  The deal was firm yet, Adnan asked to sign mutual release.

- Adnan ( as my agent ) vouched for Azeem Bhatti buyer, that he will give $2000.00 for delay to buy property when I asked Adnan to get another buyer.

- Adnan Again vouched for Azeem Bhatti Buyer for $1000.00 in Nov/Dec 2009 so we do not sell house to some one but his friend Azeem Mohammad Bhatti.

- Adnan On confirmation of mortgage and all deposits done, asked me to do a release on Azeem and move the same paperworks to his wife. Trusting Adnan was a realtor for the buyer and protecting him being my realtor.  So Adnan brings his own friends as buyers and helps them to put a simple person in real estate loop of problems.

A cold war of Finance.  These people trap people and take their property or some extra money from their property in many ways:

1. Prolong sale and work against your seller client. Adnan Hashmi,  advised  to release the property for his friend buyer Azeem Bhatti for some works as buyer has confirmed monies and closing is just any time in November 2008.
2. if owner-seller does not give in for step 1, Confirm sales and ask owner to walk out and then get an rental on the house.
3. if the point 2 is not successful take house via half owner ship
4. if still not able to do then trap the owner by luring to Lawyer that is their friend like Junaid Kayani
5. if still 4 is not ssuccessful use a their Lawyers to register a case
6. Working in united way against Canada fooling Judges in Canada like kids in high school.

Adnan Hashmi - father came begging to me first to ask for ad for his news paper and become my agent for selling Long Distance Services and use to bring me to his house every day.

If a normal realtor is not able to sell house to one person they bring another, Adnan only brougt Azeem for almost 1 year as buyer, and then brought about 20 people in 1 week, once Azeem did sign a rental contract with me as a tenant.  Adnan, Azeem are team workers.

  1. Adnan Hashmi realtor is friends with Azeem Mohammad Bhatti
  2. These chutiyaa's have a lawyers like Junaid Kayani, Arif Raza to back them up to do the frauds.
  3. These people are full time real estate masters.
  4. As an Indian and a Sikh I treated these people like Humans and with trust like one Human should treat others. As in India Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus, Buddhist and Christians all are equal and we are taught to love all. 

Adnan Hashmi, listed my house and only brought his friend, Azim or Azeem Mohammad Bhatti, showed me documents that Mortgage has been done.  Azeem Mohammad Bhatti and his wife Iram Hayat were buyer for ( almost 6 to 8 months ) trapped me such a way that once his friend some how, from a buyer became my tenant and then bought the shares in the house and did not pay the money.

- a good realtor should never try to intoduce a buyer to the seller
- a good realtor should protect his client via the lawyers
- asked me to talk to his buyer directly and was setting me up this way
- these people ( Adnan and Tariq ) conned me into a trap
- the Law in Canada is such they dont even look at numbers what paid and whats not paid and \judges just give things and destroy people's lives.


Adnan did 10 to 20 showings in one week after his friend Azeem Bhatti, became my Tenant. 

They can trap anyone and will bring a team of people of their group and outnumber you and take over your rights.  Canada may well soon be Pakistan.

Just be careful and protect your self, never take lawyer that Adnan Hashmi, will recommend you and make copies of their every documents, like confirmations of Mortgage etc.


Any normal Judge gets fooled by their ways as a normal Judge can not think that so many people can work in a group and fake things as a united front and not pay and ask and spend money on Lawyers to ask for the rights.

If Adnan Hashmi did not approach me as a agent for selling and then only purposefully bringing Azeem Bhatti as buyer. 

Or Junaid Kayani  was not the laywer that made forged documents, forged authority letter and where azeem dragged me to his offices to visit.  

Or Tariq Chaudhary ( realtor ) not tell me that his client will pay me $2000 and then $1000 for such long delays of holding properties.  

These people used amazing ways,words to get the shares in property for nothing.  A very very amazing group of people in real estate crimes.

But all these low life thieves are not men as they are not willing to come forward for a trial.

The truth will come out.

2. Adnan, only Brought, Azeem as buyer for over a years. Then Azeem purchased the house with confirmed papers from Banks and then said they are backing out and went for a rental contract and once a rental contract was signed with Azeem.  Adnan Hashmi, bring 10+ people to view property in 2 weeks.  Why did this Adnan Hashmi not bring 10+ people to view house in one week when he listed my house and why only his friend Azeem Bhatti was brought again and again.

3. Very organized group of people all from same background.  Lawyer fake and forgery master - Arif Raza and Junaid Kayani, construction invoices all fake with no works done, real estate people all helping each other from same back ground. 

4. Rest of Canada needs permit to do works, these people need no permits to do any thing in the house. So they can make fake construction invoices.

But the controversy is very real leading up to the November 13th municipal election. Adnan Hashmi, a candidate in Ward 10, is accused of pretending to be a police officer in order to intimidate one of his rivals to throw in the towel.
Fellow candidate Ishrat Nasim claims the 32-year-old Hashmi went to her home Sunday and tried to get her landlady to admit that she doesn’t actually live there and subsequently isn’t eligible to run in the ward.
According to a report by Peel Regional Police, two men forced their way inside the residence, claimed to be police officers, and instructed the homeowner to write a note saying that the candidate doesn’t actually reside there.
“I am surprised. I was shocked, I couldn’t sleep,” Nasim complains.
She contends she’s eligible to run because her official residence is listed as the location of her husband’s business. “Since five months I am here in Mississauga,” she defends.
While her license still shows Brampton, Nasim was able to prove her change of address using other documents.
A man identified as Mohammed Bajwa was also charged in connection with the weekend incident. He and Hashmi also face one count each of being unlawfully in a dwelling.
If found guilty, the former offense alone could result in a maximum sentence of six months in jail, a $2,000 fine, or both.
Hashmi, who calls the allegations “all lies” in a published report, will appear in court on November 16th to answer to charges of impersonating a police officer and intimidation.
Ironically, that appearance will come three days after the vote

We ( with Adnan ) talked on the phone today where you asked me to come meet your self and inderbir singh arora at his offices and you also consented to a lie detector tests on phone with me,  and then you called me back saying you did not consent and you want me to take the lie detector tests and changed your words very smartly. Further in Past following events happened and wish to know if you can get me what you promised with Azeem and Tariq:

1.  Azeem was to give per Adnan's request, $2000 for delaying house purchase in August/September 2009, when I did not want to sell the house to him via Adnan services as he was just delaying the purchase of the house. 
2. Azeem again in November 2001 promised to pay $1000.00 when you people showed me his wife's confirmed mortgage in 2009 November.
3. Adnan you self never told me who my lawyer was on the file and in last phone call when I stated this you said you have new documents with you now in the file at your last offices where I have consented to getting my own lawyers. ( A new lie by Adnan Hashmi )
4. Many times I called you Adnan over phone ( in  2009 ), you use to give all the latest news on what Azeem was doing, and you knew him very well and today you tell me you do not know this person Azeem.
5. Adnan, you confirmed  mortgage of Azeem before September 28th, 2008, and them fooled me and asked for name change to Iram Hayat in October 2008, after all the clauses were confirmed by Azeem.  So you were all along protecting Azeem and fooling me and not bringing Lawyer at that time, what is the reason now?
6. I also saw you few time entering Anwar Ghumman the telecom guy from Montreal's offices on Dundas and you said you had some works with him, how do you know Anwar Ghumman and did Anwar Ghuman tell you to be friends to me and become my Realtor agent.
7. Inderbir said to me at this offices that he was my lawyers on file and now you are suggesting new information and fooling me further and have some changes your self.
8. If now you can ask me to come to a Lawyer what happened on October 2008, why did you purposefully kill a deal by abusing my trust on you as a Realtor, to me you showed that its was right thing to do, but now your tone is totally different
9. I need a trial for this matter in courts of Law and want you to come for cross examinations.
Like you agreed Adnan, doing a lie detector tests will clear our issues, let me know when we can arrange a lie detector tests. For your self and you can also do the same to me.
Please advice to the above queries and your lawyer Inderbir arora has to send a written letter why he wants me to come to his offices.
