Canadian Real Estate is fake inflated. Why ? 2 Main Reason:
Lawyers in Canada are allowed to change property ownership and add notes to a title unlike in USA and Many other countries where a Neutral Title Company is only allowed to change title. ( WHICH reduces fraud of paperwork or other means to 99.99% )
Ethnic Lawyers from India, Pakistan, South Africa etc put fake down payments and fake numbers to show a real estate transaction and media says the housing market is going up, which is just totally false.
Canada has to take the rights from Lawyers away to change a title of property away as soon as possible.
Justice in the USA are elected and in Canada, they are recommended. All justice in Canada are lawyers and they have high level of trust in lawyers. So in a way, the Canadian Justice System OF Canada is a conflict of interest.
Ontario Justice Does not have balls to give trails as all their lies will come out. Ontario Justice Tried to kill me with the Diplomacy of charges and court penalties. Shame on Low Life Judges and Bast**d Lawyers of Ontario that are afraid to follow the law.
